1. Who we are
This site is operated by Vanilija Studio d.o.o., Borongajska cesta 94, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (OIB: 12970411840), referred to below as “we”, “us”, or “our”.
2. What we sell
We sell digital ebooks, delivered as a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical product is shipped.
3. Orders and payment
Checkout and payment are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our reseller of record. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase: it processes payment, calculates and remits applicable VAT/sales tax, and issues your order confirmation and receipt. Questions about billing, invoices, or payment methods are handled by Paddle; questions about the product itself are handled by us (see Contact below).
4. License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the ebook for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the file.
5. Delivery and access
After a successful purchase, we email a download link to the address you provided. For security, download links are time-limited and limited to a small number of uses. If yours has expired, you can request a new one at any time, free of charge, from the re-access page linked in your original email.
6. Refunds and cancellation

7. Availability
We aim to keep this site and your download links available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
